- Wallet address: We provide you with a Privy wallet to interact with our platform. Your wallet address is stored to manage rewards and transactions.
- Usage data: We collect information about your eSIM purchases, data consumption, and interactions with our app to provide and improve our services.
- Device information: Basic technical information like device type and operating system to ensure compatibility and troubleshoot issues.
- On-chain data: Blockchain transactions associated with your wallet are publicly visible. We may access this data to detect abuse and enforce our Terms.
- Phone number (SMS subscribers only): If you opt in to our SMS program by calling us, we collect your phone number to send account and subscription updates. See our SMS Terms for details.
We do not collect your name or physical address. Phone numbers are only collected if you opt in to our SMS program.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only for necessary purposes:
- Providing our eSIM services and managing your account
- Processing purchases and managing rewards (UBI.P and UBI.C)
- Communicating with you about your account, purchases, and service updates
- Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and gaming of our rewards program
- Improving our services and troubleshooting issues
- Meeting legal and regulatory obligations
3. We Do Not Sell Your Data
Your data is yours. We will never sell your personal information to third parties. Our business is built on providing connectivity, not monetizing your data.
5. Blockchain and Public Data
Ubitel operates on blockchain infrastructure. Transactions associated with your wallet address are recorded on a public blockchain and are visible to anyone. We do not control the blockchain and cannot delete on-chain data.
Your email address is stored off-chain and is not publicly visible.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and wallet.
7. Your Rights
You have control over your personal information:
- Access: You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data. Note that on-chain transactions cannot be deleted.
